Information You Submit
Search Terms
Names, locations, or other terms entered in a search box are sent to the third-party company operating that tool. Kenton County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Websites Beyond Our Control
Links can lead to KCDC release records, Kentucky corrections pages, court or government portals, and outside search tools. Once you follow a link, that operator's privacy terms apply. Review them before submitting personal information.
Some advertising providers may use their own systems to follow activity across websites and select ads. That tracking occurs under the provider's controls, not as a Kenton County government function.
